目的:研究左肾静脉走向,探讨左侧精索静脉曲张栓塞治疗最佳路径。方法:对45例下腔静脉、左肾静脉及左侧精索静脉(SV)造影的患者,测量左肾静脉与下腔静脉之间的夹角,SV在肾静脉内口与下腔静脉侧缘的距离,并对经皮右锁骨下静脉穿刺上腔入路行SV栓塞与经股静脉穿刺下腔入路进行比较。结果:左肾静脉与下腔静脉之间的夹角为47°~86°,SV于左肾静脉内开口与下腔静脉侧缘的最小距离为25~62mm。上腔路径组平均手术时间20min,曝光时间5min;下腔路径组平均手术时间110min,曝光时间46min。结论:从上腔静脉入路栓塞SV的平均时间明显缩短,说明从上腔静脉入路为最佳
Objective: To study the left renal vein to explore the best path of left varicocele embolization. Methods: In 45 patients with inferior vena cava, left renal vein and left spermatic vein (SV) imaging, the angle between the left renal vein and the inferior vena cava was measured.
