在 2 .8m大型冷模塔板上 ,研究了双溢流扩张流和收缩流两种情况下塔板液体流动状况。考察了液流强度、堰径比、外堰高、降液管下口高等对板面液体流动的影响。实验表明 ,扩张流塔板存在严重回流和滞流现象 ,收缩流塔板面液体停留时间有明显差异。
On the 2. 8m large-scale cold mold tray, the liquid flow conditions of the tray under double overflow flow and contraction flow were studied. The effect of flow intensity, weir ratio, outer weir height and lower downcomer height on the liquid flow in the plate surface was investigated. Experiments show that there is a serious backflow and stagnation phenomenon in the expansion flow tray, and the liquid residence time in the shrink flow tray has obvious difference.
