今年以来,为遏制重特大事故,省委3次常委会议、省政府5次常务会议研究部署安全生产工作,出台《关于开展“安全生产责任落实年”活动保障安全发展的实施意见》,坚持把源头治理挺在风险前面,把风险管控挺在隐患前面,把隐患整治挺在事故前面。省安委会不断完善安全生产责任体系、目标责任制考核、企业岗位安全责任、标准化建设等,把遏制重特大事故作为安全生产工作的“牛鼻子”工程来抓。
