患者,女性,53岁,头痛5天,以枕部为甚就诊,查体:头颅外观正常,颅神经未发现阳性体征,四肢肌力及肌张力正常,躯体触觉及痛觉无异常,脑电图:未见异常。 MRI所见:胼胝体占位性改变,约2.5cm×4.3cm,T_1WI及T_wI均呈高信号,形态不规则,边缘清楚,累及透明隔,有包膜,T_2WI低信号,两侧脑室体部及前角明显变窄,距离增大,矢状面上见块影占据整个胼胝体区,形似胼胝体,但胼胝体缺如(图1,2)。

MRI findings: occupying changes of the corpus callosum, about 2.5cm × 4.3cm, T_1WI and T_wI showed high signal, irregular shape, clear edge, involving the transparent septum, with envelope, T_2WI low signal, both sides of the ventricular body and The anterior horn conspicuously narrows and the distance increases. Blockage of the sagittal plane occupies the entire corpus callosum area and resembles the corpus callosum, but the corpus callosum is absent (Figure 1, 2).
