住房和城乡建设部副部长仇保兴近日在灾后重建规划对口支援工作会议上发表题为《灾后城乡重建规划的问题、方针和策略》的讲话。他指出,从目前的情况来看,灾后重建规划工作是非常顺利的,除了要充分肯定成绩之外,还要进一步明确灾后城乡规划编制的一些原则,更一步阐明今后的重建策略。概言之,就是问题、方针、策略。
Qiu Baoxing, deputy director of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, recently delivered a speech entitled “Problems, Policies and Strategies for Urban-rural Reconstruction Plan after Disaster Relief” at a meeting on counterpart support for post-disaster reconstruction planning. He pointed out that judging from the current situation, the planning work for post-disaster reconstruction is very smooth.
