目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在膀胱癌中的诊断价值。方法:对经膀胱彩色多普勒超声检查且经手术病理确诊为膀胱癌的70例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:70例被确诊为膀胱癌的患者中,彩色多普勒超声检查显示有84个病灶,其中出现漏诊的患者有4例,误诊的有2例,诊断符合率为91.4%。结论:彩色多普勒超声用于膀胱癌的诊断,准确率较高,且无创伤,具有临床应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in bladder cancer. Methods: The clinical data of 70 patients who had undergone bladder color Doppler ultrasonography and confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results: In 70 cases diagnosed as bladder cancer, color Doppler ultrasonography showed 84 lesions, of which 4 were misdiagnosed, 2 were misdiagnosed, and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 91.4%. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound is used in the diagnosis of bladder cancer with high accuracy and no trauma, and has clinical value.
