我国的钢铁企业同其他国有企业一样,虽然经过了17年的改革,取得了令世人注目的成就,但至今还尚未建立起适应社会主义市场经济体制的企业制度;尚未建立起能促进企业不断提高效率的经营机制,在企业管理水平上与国际先进水平也存在着相当大的差距。因此,我国的钢铁企业今后还需要进一步加大改革力度,转换企业的经营机制和提高企业的管理水平。
