随着社会的不断发展,社会对于人才的要求也越来越高,而高校作为培养人才的地方,压力无疑是巨大的。现在高职院校不但要让学生学会理论知识,掌握实际操作能力也是必须要具备的。高职院校想要提高学生的职业能力,突破传统的教育模式,与企业之间的合作开启校企团队模式是最直接有效的办法。本文主要分析高技能人才培养的必要性,以及通过校企资源深度融合培养高技能人才的教学模式。
With the continuous development of society, the demand for talents in the society is also getting higher and higher. As a place where colleges and universities are training qualified personnel, the pressure is undoubtedly enormous. Now higher vocational colleges not only let students learn theoretical knowledge, master the practical ability is also necessary. Vocational colleges want to improve students’ professional ability, break through the traditional education mode, and cooperate with enterprises to open the school-enterprise team mode is the most direct and effective way. This article mainly analyzes the necessity of cultivating highly skilled personnel and the teaching mode of cultivating highly skilled personnel through the deep integration of school and enterprise resources.
