当市场经济大潮涌来的时候,医院无疑要接受挑战和考验。笔者认为,除要遵循市场经济的客观规律,坚持深化改革之外,很重要的一条是要因地制宜,发挥主观能动作用,调动积极因素,营造自身优势,走自我发展之路。一、转变观念,确立自主发展的思想卫生事业的发展,从总体上来讲,必须坚持和依靠主渠道的投入。事实上,近几年,政府对卫生事业的投入虽然绝对值逐年有所增加,但仍然满足不了卫生事业发展的需要。面对计划经济向市场经济转轨的新形势,医院在市场经济激烈竞争中要求生存求发展,必须要转变观念,确立自主发展的思想。首先,要破除单纯的等政府拨款,靠上级卫生行政部门支持的思想,变压力为动力,调动自己积极因素,才能树立信心,负重奋进,摆脱目前的困境。其次,要破除单纯依靠药品收入
