改革开放以来,萧山市的卫生事业有了较快的发展,为经济发展和社会进步作出了较大的贡献。但是,卫生工作还存在一些不容忽视的问题。对此,我们要通过深化改革,认真解决。一、切实加强农村卫生工作第一,要积极稳妥地发展和完善农村合作医疗制度。我市到2000年要争取有60—70%以上的农民参加农村合作医疗,并把合作医疗制度作为农民社会保障制度的重要内容。各级政府要把办好合作医疗当作政府的职责,并把它纳入当地经济社会发展规划,列入各级政府的任期目标。要坚持因地制宜、形式多样、科学管理、民主监督的原则,有效地调动基层干部和群众的创造性和积极性,建立起符合我市实际的合作医疗管理运行机制。
