大学体育教育管理是体育工作的重要部分,它关系到体育教学目标能否实现。在新时期,随着高校体育教学的改革,对高校体育教育管理提出了更高的要求。当前,大学体育教学管理还存在很多问题,管理理念和管理模式还比较落后,只有加强大学体育教育管理,才能有效提高体育教学质量。
University physical education management is an important part of sports, it relates to the realization of physical education goals. In the new era, with the reform of physical education in colleges and universities, colleges and universities put forward higher requirements for the management of physical education. At present, there are still many problems in university PE teaching management. Management philosophy and management mode are still relatively backward.
