本文主要着重分析了影响高校图书馆信任危机产生的各种因素与诱因,通过构建高校图书馆信任危机修复模型来具体说明应该如何应对读者的信任危机问题,希望能够以此来提高我国高校图书馆的核心竞争力。
This article focuses on analyzing the various factors and incentives that affect the trust crisis in university libraries. By building a model of trust crisis repair in university libraries, this article specifies how to deal with the crisis of trustworthiness of readers.
