目的观察腕部电烧伤后正中神经、尺神经部分损伤患者经电刺激治疗后的电生理改变。方法选择1998年1月～2005年12月腕部电烧伤病例36例。根据临床症状及电生理检测结果,判断为正中神经、尺神经不完全性损伤。随机分为电刺激治疗组和对照组。电刺激治疗组行电刺激治疗3个月,对照组则不做电刺激治疗,予常规康复治疗。3个月后做神经肌肉电图观察正中神经、尺神经功能恢复情况。结果电刺激治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论刺激治疗能促进腕部电烧伤后正中神经、尺神经功能恢复,可广泛应用于电烧伤周围神经损伤及神经修复后的康复治疗。
Objective To observe the electrophysiological changes after median nerve and ulnar nerve partial injury after electric stimulation. Methods From January 1998 to December 2005, 36 cases of wrist electric burn were selected. According to clinical symptoms and electrophysiological test results, judged as median nerve, ulnar nerve incomplete injury. Randomly divided into electrical stimulation treatment group and control group. Electrical stimulation group was treated with electrical stimulation for 3 months, while the control group was not treated with electrical stimulation, and was given routine rehabilitation. After 3 months to do neuromuscular electromyogram to observe the median nerve, ulnar nerve function recovery. Results The efficacy of the electro-stimulation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Stimulation can promote the recovery of median nerve and ulnar nerve after electric burn of wrist. It can be widely used in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury after electric burn and rehabilitation after nerve repair.
