目的:探讨不同降压药物对初发高血压患者臂-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的影响。方法:选取体检发现的初发高血压患者60例,随机分为琥珀酸美托洛尔组和苯磺酸氨氯地平组,每组30例,另取无高血压病的健康体检者30例作为对照。观察治疗12w后baPWV的变化。结果:高血压患者的基线血压和baPWV较正常对照组高,治疗12w后,两组高血压患者的血压和baPWV较基线明显下降,baPWV在氨氯地平组要明显低于美托洛尔组。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平和琥珀酸美托洛尔可改善初发高血压患者的动脉僵硬度,其中苯磺酸氨氯地平的改善效果更为明显。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different antihypertensive drugs on the brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: Sixty patients with newly diagnosed hypertension were randomly divided into metoprolol succinate group and amlodipine besylate group, 30 cases in each group. Another 30 cases of healthy subjects without hypertension as comparison. The changes of baPWV after 12 weeks of treatment were observed. Results: The baseline blood pressure and baPWV in hypertensive patients were higher than those in the normal control group. After 12 weeks of treatment, the blood pressure and baPWV in the two groups of patients with hypertension were significantly lower than those in the baseline. The baPWV in amlodipine group was significantly lower than that in the metoprolol group. Conclusion: Amlodipine besylate and metoprolol succinate can improve arterial stiffness in patients with essential hypertension, and the improvement effect of amlodipine besylate is more obvious.
