图1所示零件是我厂加工的电子秤中的一个支架。该零件中φ14孔与两侧面间的厚度尺寸有较高的精度要求,其公称尺寸为1.6mm,公差为0.02mm。这个尺寸公差,用普通的游标卡尺检测,满足不了精度要求,而用螺旋测微器又无法测量。在实际生产中,我们采用一种对比测量法,较好的完成了对该尺寸的测量。 该测量装置的结构如图2所示。测量前,先把杠杆千分表装上,找正位置,用顶丝固定。然后用校正块见
The part shown in Figure 1 is a bracket in the electronic scale we process. The parts in the φ14 hole and the thickness between the two sides have higher precision requirements, the nominal size of 1.6mm, tolerance of 0.02mm. This size tolerance, with ordinary vernier caliper test, can not meet the accuracy requirements, but can not measure with a spiral micrometer. In actual production, we use a comparative measurement method, a better completion of the measurement of the size. The structure of the measuring device is shown in FIG. 2. Before the measurement, put the lever dial gauge installed, find the position, with top wire fixed. Then see the correction block
