在语言学习中,有很多的情感因素与焦虑有关,比如自尊心,对模糊度的容忍,冒险精神,竞争能力等。由于文化的差异焦虑的行为表现又形式多样。通过观察或使用相关量表焦虑是很容易鉴定的,教师可以尽力使学生认识到焦虑只是短暂的现象; 鼓励他们通过音乐、笑声和游戏去放松,引导他们客观地评估自己的表现等手段,以帮助学生克服焦虑,收到更好的教学效果。
In language learning, there are many emotional factors related to anxiety, such as self-esteem, tolerance of ambiguity, adventurism, competitiveness and so on. Because of cultural differences in anxiety behavior and diverse forms. Anxiety can be easily identified by observing or using the relevant scales. Teachers can try their best to make students aware that anxiety is only a transient phenomenon. Encouraging them to relax through music, laughter and games and guide them to objectively evaluate their performance, To help students overcome anxiety and receive better teaching results.
