介绍了以碳棒为电极、压缩空气为工作介质气体的空气等离子弧的形成及伏安特性;研究了空气流量、电极内缩量和堆焊电流对电极烧损的影响。研制的KL2-400型空气等离子弧堆焊机已在生产中应用。
The formation and volt-ampere characteristics of air plasma arc with carbon rod as electrode and compressed air as working medium gas were introduced. The effects of air flow, electrode shrinkage and build-up current on the electrode burning were studied. Developed KL2-400 air plasma arc welding machine has been applied in the production.
