众所周知,在刀具的工作表面上涂复耐磨涂层时、其工作性能便得到提高,而耐磨涂层在成份及其涂复工艺上都有差别。对于高速钢刀具来讲、阴极离子轰击沉极法(法)、反应式电子等离子沉积法(法)是最有效的强化方法。中央机器制造与工艺科学研究院对耐磨涂层高速钢刀具的效率进行了研究,并确定了在动力机械制造业中的应用范围。涂层高速钢刀具的实验研究是在加工45号碳素结构钢(连续车削、铣削)、20X13耐蚀钢(连续车削)和893热强合金(铣削)时进行的。
