三溴偶氮胂可在较强酸度下与稀土元素产生灵敏的显色反应。试剂本身为紫黑色,与铈组稀土形成3:1的兰紫色稳定络合物,其摩尔吸光系数为1.32×10~5,为偶氮胂Ⅲ法的4—5倍,稳定性好,在常温下络合物能稳定24小时。抗干扰能力强,铜、铝、锌、铁在25—30毫克范围内不影响测定。重庆有色金属研究所用三溴偶氮胂分光光度法不经
Tribromoarsenazo can produce sensitive color reaction with rare earth elements under strong acidity. The reagent itself is violet black and forms a 3: 1 blue-purple stable complex with the rare earths of cerium group. The molar absorption coefficient of the complex is 1.32 × 10 ~ 5, which is 4-5 times higher than that of the arsenazo Ⅲ method. The stability is good. The complex can stabilize at room temperature for 24 hours. Anti-interference ability, copper, aluminum, zinc, iron in the range of 25-30 mg does not affect the determination.
