目前,许多职校的教学方式较为传统,较为注重对学生理论学习的重视却忽视了学生的实践能力,这一问题不仅严重影响学生毕业后的顺利就业,并且不符合当代社会的人才标准,尤其是导游这一实践性较强的专业问题更为突出。基于此,提出导游实践教学中的“三步走”模式,以此改善以往教学中的不足,并全面整合教学实践与理论之间的系统性以及连贯性,进而实现学生综合培养的目标,推动我国旅游事业的长远发展。
