校园文化建设对于中职护理校园的学生有很大的影响,中职学校主要是为满足社会需要培养人才,而中职学生也肩负着文化知识与技术的双重压力,中职学校的办学宗旨是面向全社会,始终根据社会职业要求进行文化建设,随着全球经济的一体化发展,中职学校也和医院有了越来越多的密切接触,有了逐步的对接和交流,好的校园文化建设,可以提高学生的素养,提高学生的综合品行,能够帮助学生树立正确的人生观,增加人格魅力,成为日后推动医院发展的栋梁人才。旨在从现在中职院校的实际情况出发,响应国家社会主义建设的号召,分析和研究中职护理院校校园文化特色构建对学生行业服务能力的影响。
