钙拮抗剂是临床上在心血管疾病治疗中最常应用的药物之一,作用机理是指在细胞水平上选择性地阻断钙离子经细胞膜进入细胞内,从而减少细胞内钙离子浓度的一类药物。它主要作用于心脏和血管。临床上对该类药物在疾病诊疗中使用的特点要充分的认识,正确选择适应症,减少副作用并且做到有效的防范,提高临床的疗效。
Calcium antagonists are clinically one of the most commonly used drugs in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The mechanism of action refers to a class of drugs that selectively block the entry of calcium ions into the cell via the cell membrane at the cellular level to reduce the intracellular calcium concentration drug. It mainly acts on the heart and blood vessels. Clinical characteristics of these drugs used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases should be fully aware of the correct choice of indications to reduce side effects and to effectively prevent and improve clinical efficacy.
