网球是由二或四名运动员用球拍往返击球的一项运动,是世界上重要球类项目之一。随着网球越来越受欢迎,高校体育课开始普及网球教学。网球是一项技术不受限制的运动。在整个网球教过程中,体育教师应该要结合网球运动的规律、教学规律以及自身的教学实践,以帮助高校网球教学质量的提高。本文就普通高校网球教学方式等方面进行简单论述,并说明部分网球基础项目训练的重点和方法。
Tennis is a sport of two or four players using a racket to and from the ball and is one of the most important ball games in the world. As tennis becomes more popular, tennis teaching begins to popularize in college physical education. Tennis is an unrestricted sport. Throughout the process of tennis teaching, PE teachers should combine the law of tennis, teaching rules and their own teaching practice to help improve the quality of tennis teaching in colleges and universities. This article briefly discusses tennis teaching methods and other aspects of colleges and universities, and illustrates some of the key tennis tennis training programs and methods.
