素质教育是指一种以提高受教育者诸方面素质为目标的教育模式。它重视人的思想道德素质、能力培养、个性发展、身体健康和心理健康教育。在我国构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中,人们对教育公平问题的关注程度显著提高。教育均衡发展,是关系到当前和今后一个时期中国基础教育发展的整体战略问题。构建和谐校园最有利最有效的手段之一就是实现教育均衡化。
Quality education refers to a kind of education mode aimed at improving the quality of all aspects of educated people. It attaches great importance to people’s ideological and moral qualities, ability development, personality development, physical health and mental health education. In the process of building a harmonious socialist society in our country, people pay more attention to the issue of education equity. The balanced development of education is an overall strategic issue that concerns the development of China’s basic education at present and in the coming period. One of the most beneficial and effective ways to build a harmonious campus is to achieve a balanced education.
