本文报告南京地区110例肺炎病儿的双份血清和533份非呼吸系疾有病儿血清的L_pl-8和Lm、Ld、Ld、Lg的MA抗体流行情况。肺炎病儿中军团菌肺炎占5.45％,感染菌型分别为Lpl、3、7、8和Ld。此外,对军团菌的感染谱、抗体消长特点和儿童军团菌抗体正常上眼滴度等问题也进行了讨论。
This article reports the prevalence of MA antibodies in L-pl-8 and Lm, Ld, Ld, and Lg of serum of 110 children with pneumonia and 533 non-respiratory ill children in Nanjing area. Legionella pneumonia in children with pneumonia accounted for 5.45% of the infected bacteria were Lpl, 3,7,8 and Ld. In addition, the Legionella infection spectrum, the characteristics of antibody growth and elimination of Legionella antibodies in children with normal eye titers and other issues were also discussed.
