儿童肥胖是最为复杂而又了解很少的临床综合症。已知儿童肥胖与遗传因素有关。有人认为,儿童肥胖可能与摄食过量和运动少有关。因此,本文研究了儿童肥胖与高脂食物和较少体育运动之间的关系。研究对象为美国得克萨斯州4所中学的3年级学生,其社会经济状况和宗教信仰相同。从自愿参加的400名学生中,最后选出240名(男121,女119),平均年龄为8.8±0.6岁。
Childhood obesity is the most complicated and little understood clinical syndrome. It is known that childhood obesity is related to genetic factors. Some people think that childhood obesity may be related to excessive eating and less exercise. Therefore, this study examined the relationship between childhood obesity and high-fat foods and less physical activity. The third-graders at four secondary schools in Texas, USA, have the same socio-economic status and religious beliefs. Of the 400 students who volunteered, 240 (121 male and 119 female) were finally selected, with an average age of 8.8 ± 0.6 years.
