大棚西葫芦病毒病一般在缺水缺肥、管理粗放,高温干旱、口照过强、蚜虫为害重等情况下均有利于发病。由于大棚环境密闭,若不控制好棚内小环境,全年均可发病。植株若在坐果前发病,则花器发育不良,影响坐果,降低蔬菜质量和产量。根据田间调查情况提出以下防治措施。 1 选种。目前国内栽培的西葫芦抗病品种较少,早青一代较抗病毒病。 2 播前种子处理。晒种后将种子用60～62℃温水浸10分钟,捞出再用1％的高锰酸钾液浸种20分钟,或用10％磷酸三钠液浸种20分钟,清水冲洗后凉干播种。
