应用水解白蛋白酶联免疫测定法,检测53例人体血清中黄曲霉毒素白蛋白加成物含量,并与该人群摄入黄曲霉毒素B_1(AFB_1)水平进行统计学相关分析。结果为:AFB_1摄人量几何均值为77.08ng/人/d,血清中AFB_1白蛋白加成物为15.74pg一赖氨酸/mg白蛋白。人群AFB_1摄入量与血清AFB_1白蛋白加成物检出量呈正相关。
The levels of aflatoxin albumin adduct in 53 human serum samples were detected by hydrolyzed albumin enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the levels of aflatoxin B_1 (AFB_1) in this group were statistically analyzed. The results were as follows: the geometric mean of AFB_1 intake was 77.08 ng / person / d, and the serum AFB 1 albumin adduct was 15.74 pg L-lysine / mg albumin. There was a positive correlation between AFB_1 intake and serum AFB_1 albumin adduct detection.
