(一种新的水稻病毒病) 福建农学院植保系植物病毒研究室,经过六年(1973~1979)的研究,发现一种迄今国内外未曾报道的新病毒——水稻簇矮病毒(RBSV,原称类普矮病毒)。病毒呈球状质粒,直径35~60毫微米,比萎缩病毒略小。经查明,RBSV由黑尾叶蝉和二点黑尾叶蝉传播,属持久性,非经卵传播。在症状、传播方式上,与禾谷类病毒病中的黄叶、矮化、黄萎、东格鲁类及萎缩病易于区别。RBSV与RDV没有交互保护作用;RBSV与RDV的抗血清无免疫反应;对野生寄主稗草的感染性,与RDV相反。
(A new type of rice virus disease) Phytophthora Plant Virus Research Laboratory of Fujian Agricultural College, after six years (1973 ~ 1979) study, found that so far a new virus has not been reported at home and abroad - rice cluster dwarf virus (RBSV, Formerly known as class Pu short virus). The virus was spherical plasmid, diameter 35 ~ 60 nm, slightly smaller than the shrinking virus. It has been found that RBSV is transmitted by the black-tailed leafhopper and the black-tailed leafhopper, which is persistent and non-ovovulatory. In terms of symptoms and modes of transmission, it is easy to distinguish from yellow leaf, dwarf, verticillium wilt, tunglulu and atrophy in cereal virus disease. RBSV did not interact with RDV interactively; RBSV did not immunoreact with antiserum of RDV; the infectivity of wild-type barnyardgrass was the opposite of that of RDV.
