[目的 ] 了解上海某区老年人的意外伤害致死情况。 [方法 ] 对该区 1995～ 1999年 6 0岁及以上老年人的全部死亡报告资料进行意外伤害死亡率和标化死亡率分析。 [结果 ] 意外伤害在老年人全死因的顺位中居第 4位 ,意外伤害标化死亡率为 147.2 2 / 10万。机动车交通事故、意外跌落、自杀和淹死是意外死亡的主要原因。 [结论 ] 意外伤害是威胁老年人生命的主要危险因素之一 ,家庭和社会都应重视老年人意外伤害的防制工作。
[Objective] To learn about the accidental death of elderly people in a district in Shanghai. [Methods] Analysis of accidental injury mortality and standardized death rate of all death reporting data for the aged 60 years old and above in the district from 1995 to 1999. [Results] The accidental injury ranks the fourth in the ranking of all the causes of death in the elderly, and the accidental injury standardized death rate is 147.2 2 / 100,000. Motor vehicle traffic accidents, accidental falls, suicide and drowning are the main causes of accidental death. [Conclusion] Unexpected injury is one of the major risk factors that threaten the lives of the elderly. Both families and society should pay attention to the prevention and treatment of accidental injury of the elderly.
