今年4月,国务院向社会公布了《全面推进依法行政实施纲要》(以下简称《纲要》),系统规划了未来十年我国建设法治政府的目标、任务和措施.而且今年7月1日《中华人民共和国行政许可法》就要正式实施.这都对我们政府依法行政提出了更高的要求。但近一段时间以来,关于政府违法行政的报道屡屡曝光,如湖南嘉禾县和沈阳市的强制拆迁行为等政府不依法行政的报道,是常常见诸于各大媒体,政府似乎成了经常犯规的“坏孩子”,那么政府依法行政难在何处,建设现代法治政府出路和对策是什么,本文给予了解答。
