女阴 Paget’s 病是一罕见的妇科恶性疾病。我院30年来仅遇一例,现报道如下。患者,女,70岁,因外阴瘙痒伴湿疹样溃疡3年来院诊治。初起大阴唇上方出现黄豆大湿疹样结节,奇痒难忍,白带不多。近2年来湿疹样范围渐扩大,其结节增至“1分币”大。入院前1年出现外阴结节浅表溃疡,灼痛,多次抗炎治疗无效。于1989年6月14日在我院作局部活检,病检结果为外阴 Paget’s 病,同年6月23日入院。入院检查:体温、脉搏、呼吸及血压均正常,心肺(-),肝脾未触及。妇检:左大阴唇湿疹样肿
Female vulva Paget’s disease is a rare gynecological malignancy. Our hospital has only encountered one case in the past 30 years. The report is as follows. The patient, female, 70 years old, was diagnosed with genital pruritus with eczema-like ulcer for 3 years. From the beginning of the labia majora, large eczema-like nodules appeared on the top of the labia majora. It was unbearable and there were not many leucorrheas. In the past two years, the eczema-like area has gradually expanded and its nodules have increased to “1 cent.” One year before admission, there was a superficial ulcer of the vulval nodule, burning pain, and many anti-inflammatory treatments were ineffective. A partial biopsy was performed in our hospital on June 14, 1989. The result of the examination was vulvar Paget’s disease and was admitted to hospital on June 23 of the same year. Admission examination: body temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure were normal, heart and lung (-), liver and spleen did not touch.
