本文对43例食管癌手术切除标本(无化疗、放疗史)进行短期器官培养。其中20例体外培养生长良好用于药敏试验。以形态学观察结合显微分光光度术判断药物的敏感性,形态观察20例中体外敏感的有9例。1G 例 MSP(Microspectrophotometry)测定结果表明,敏感的药物作用后核的 DNA 含量发生变化,(1)DNA 平均含量增加(P<0.01);(2)组方图低平、分散,表明化疗药物损伤的细胞不能进行核分裂,核膜尚未破裂而出现的暂时核内 DNA 含量的增加。16例中体外敏感的占7例,与形态学结果符合的占11例。
In this paper, 43 cases of esophageal cancer surgical specimens (without chemotherapy, radiotherapy history) were subjected to short-term organ culture. Twenty of them had good growth in vitro for susceptibility testing. Morphological observation combined with microscopic spectrophotometry was used to judge the sensitivity of the drug. Morphological observation of 20 cases was sensitive in vitro in 9 cases. The result of 1G MSP (Microspectrophotometry) showed that the DNA content of the nucleus changed after sensitive drug treatment, (1) the average DNA content increased (P<0.01); (2) the protocol was flat and scattered, indicating that the chemotherapy drug was damaged. The cells can not undergo nuclear division, and the nuclear membrane has not yet ruptured and there is an increase in the amount of transient nuclear DNA. In 16 cases, 7 cases were sensitive in vitro, and 11 cases were consistent with morphological results.
