肺癌增加已呈国际化趋势,日本1988年肺癌修正死亡率与1950年相比,男性为9.4倍,女性7.9倍。1981年1月~1987年12月,东京医大外科治疗女性肺癌213例,为全部肺癌的21.7%,男女之比3.6:1。女性肺癌组织类型以腺癌最多见为147例(69.0%),其次为鳞癌34例(16.0%)、小细胞癌17例(8.0%)、大细胞癌10例(4.7%)和腺鳞癌5例(2.3%),与男性相比,女性腺癌比例最高是其特点。随着时间推移,女性肺癌组织类型也在发生变化。1984年始,女性鳞癌数增加,占全部病例20%左右。日本女性吸烟率为12~15%,1966年以后开始下降,50岁以上女性吸烟者下降,相反,30岁以下女性吸烟者呈明显增加。据报道,城市女性和从事第三产业女性吸烟率上升至
The increase in lung cancer has become an international trend. Japan’s 1988 revised mortality rate for lung cancer was 9.4 times that of men and 7.9 times that of women compared with 1950.
