舌咽神经痛临床少见,往往与三叉神经痛混淆,我们曾治疗2例,报道如下: 病例1,女性,32岁,1988年12月5日以右则咽部剧痛8年余主诉入院,8年前由于生气引起右侧咽痛,累及舌根,下牙,右耳痛放射到耳下,呈发作性刺痛,尤其当讲话,呵欠,吞咽时疼痛加重,难以忍受,每日服止痛片数片,疼痛仍不能缓解,曾求诊于多家医院,诊断为:右下齿槽神经及右颈丛皮神经不典型神经痛做过
