报道直肠癌术后因骶前引流不通畅造成骶前感染形成吻合口瘘7例。7例肿瘤均位于直肠中段,肿瘤侵及深肌层及/或肠壁外。病理诊断为低分化腺癌及粘液腺癌,病理提示切端无肿瘤残留。
It was reported that 7 cases of anastomotic fistulas were caused by anterior fistula infection due to unobstructed drainage of rectal cancer. In 7 cases, the tumors were located in the middle of the rectum and the tumors invaded the deep muscle layer and/or outside the intestinal wall. The pathological diagnosis was poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and mucinous adenocarcinoma. The pathology suggested that there was no residual tumor in the cut end.
