针对大断面回采巷道锚杆(索)数量多、支护成本高、施工工艺复杂等问题,以某矿31103工作面回采巷道支护优化为工程背景,基于加固拱理论计算和FLAC3D数值模拟技术验证,得到了全新的巷道支护参数,确定了巷道支护优化方案。结果表明:该支护优化方案不仅可以有效保证回采巷道围岩强度,维持巷道的稳定性,还能降低成本,提高材料利用率,减少现场作业人员的劳动量。
Aiming at the problems such as the large number of bolts (cables) in large section mining roadway, high supporting cost and complex construction technique, the optimization of roadway supporting in 31103 working face of a mine is taken as the engineering background, based on the theory of reinforced arch and FLAC3D numerical simulation , Got a new roadway support parameters, to determine the roadway support optimization program. The results show that the optimized scheme not only can effectively ensure the surrounding rock strength of the mining roadway, maintain the stability of the roadway, but also reduce the cost, improve the material utilization rate and reduce the workload of field workers.
