减数分裂期是水稻容易遭受冷害的时期。一般认为长江中下游地区,籼稻在日平均温度低于20℃,最低温度低于17℃,粳稻在日平均温度低于20℃,最低温度低于15℃便开始受害。主要受害表现为空粒率明显增多,受害最敏感的时期是减数分裂期。为了查明它的确切伤害温度与规律,我们在人工气候室和大田进行了籼、粳稻减数分裂期低温试验。现将结果分析如下。
Meiosis is a time when rice is vulnerable to chilling. It is generally believed that in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the average daily temperature of indica rice is below 20 ℃ and the minimum temperature is below 17 ℃. Japonica rice begins to suffer when the average daily temperature is below 20 ℃ and the minimum temperature is below 15 ℃. The main victims showed a significant increase in empty grain rate, the most sensitive period of victimization is the meiosis. In order to find out its exact damage temperature and regularity, we carried out the meiotic and hypothermia experiments in artificial climate chamber and field. The results are as follows.
