1～4月我国钢材和钢坯进口严重过量,对国内市场造成极大冲击。 从2000年四季度开始,由于国际钢材市场供大于求,价格大跌,促使我国大量进口钢坯、钢材,今年1月进口钢坯69万吨,2月14O万吨,3月162万吨,4月150万吨,进口量逐 月大幅上升。与此相反,由于国际钢材市场价格低迷,1～4月我国出口钢坯95万吨,比去年同期减少21万吨,下降18.2％;出口钢材156万吨,比去年同期减少38万吨,下降19.52％。
