常用的利凡诺羊膜腔内注射引产有很多优点,但易发生胎盘胎膜残留(简称残留)。根据1982～1983年我院利凡诺中期引产病例1118例统计,共发生残留599例,占53.58％;大出血、严重感染、软产道损伤等其它并发症37例,仅占3.3％。体会一.残留与孕次的关系:本组一胎率较高,刮官次数较多,多为未婚者。最多孕次达11胎。临床证明多次入流引产者粘连机会增加,残留病例也随之增高。
