目的 观察中西医结合治疗急性阑尾炎的疗效。方法 对门诊急性阑尾炎 60例病人，男 42例，女 18例，用自拟阑尾汤 (白花蛇舌草 30～ 60 g，丹皮 12 g，元胡 9 g)煎水 400 ml，分 2次口服，小儿酌减量，每日 1剂；右下腹阑尾包块者用大蒜 6～ 10头，芒硝 20 g，捣成蒜泥外敷；血象，白血球增高者加用青霉素，甲硝唑治疗。结果 治疗 3～ 10天，症状与包块消失，未住院手术，无死亡；结论 中西医结合治疗急性阑尾炎疗效满意。
Objective To observe the curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on acute appendicitis. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital were enrolled in this study. There were 42 males and 18 females with 400 ml of Jianshui 400ml divided into two groups: appendix soup (30-60 g of Hedyotis diffusa Willd. Oral, pediatric discretion, day 1; right lower quadrant appendix mass with garlic 6 to 10, Glauber’s salt 20 g, smashed garlic topical; blood, white blood cells were increased with penicillin, metronidazole treatment. Results The treatment of 3 to 10 days, symptoms and mass disappeared, no hospitalization, no death; Conclusion Integrative treatment of acute appendicitis with satisfactory results.
