目的:探讨和分析牙冠延长术及根管修复治疗前牙龈下残根及残冠临床疗效,总结其临床价值。方法:对30例2013年8月~2014年2月就诊的前牙龈下残根及残冠牙病患者采用牙冠延长术及根管修复术治疗,观察其临床治疗效果。结果:术后1~2周,30例患者术区牙龈均没有出现出血、溢脓,仅有部分患牙牙龈的组织稍红肿;术后6周,所有患牙牙龈组织基本不红肿,患牙无松动。在冠修复后,所有患牙边缘符合设计要求位于龈下,冠缘与基牙边缘探诊密合无台阶。龈缘位置正常,修复体与软组织协调,冠边缘密合,稳固无松动,所有患者对修复效果比较满意。结论:牙冠延长术及根管修复治疗前牙龈下残根及残冠具有较好临床疗效,值得临床借鉴和推广。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of crown extension and root canal repair before treatment of residual root and residual crown, and summarize its clinical value. Methods: Thirty patients with anterior subgingival residual tooth and residual residual crown tooth treated from August 2013 to February 2014 were treated with crown extension and root canal repair. The clinical effect was observed. Results: There was no bleeding and overflow pus in the gingiva of all the 30 patients at one to two weeks after surgery. Only a few of the gums in the affected area were slightly inflamed. At 6 weeks after operation, all the gingival tissues of the affected teeth were basically non-inflamed, No looseness. After the restoration of the crown, all the affected teeth meet the design requirements in the subgingival margin, the edge of the crown edge and abutment clinically close with no steps. The location of gingival margin was normal, the coordination between the prosthesis and the soft tissue was close, the edge of the crown was close, and no looseness was found. All the patients were satisfied with the repair effect. Conclusion: There is a good clinical curative effect of dental crown prolongation and root canal repair before treatment of subgingival and residual crown, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
