平顶山一矿和四矿的广大革命工人、革命干部、革命技术人员和抚顺煤炭研究所的革命知识分子遵照伟大领袖毛主席“打破洋框框,走自己工业发展道路”的教导,高举《鞍钢宪法》伟大红旗,组成了以工人为主体,有革命干部、革命知识分子参加的三结合科学试验小组。在毛主席光辉哲学思想指引下,遵照“不破不立”的教导,决心“闯到禁区闹革命”,对一矿付井、四矿主井四条钢丝绳进行了合理超限使用的科学实验。
