高校资产经营有限公司如何对下属二级全资或控股企业构建绩效评价体系,关系到能否科学地评价各经营实体及其员工的工作业绩与工作成效,并依据评价结果形成差异化的薪酬奖励体系,从而充分调动员工的工作积极性,挖潜增效,推动资产经营业绩不断提升。笔者认为,高校资产经营有限公司绩效评价指标体系的构建应从以下几方面进行。
