当前,人们生病走进医院,大多会被那令人咂舌的高价药品掏空腰包,让人望而却步。社会上一片“看病贵、看不起病”的呼声。药厂(特别是合资药厂)赚钱,中间商得利,医疗卫生单位背名的不合理现象给医院造成了无法挽回的影响。这是一种极不公平的社会现象。是什么原因造成药品价格居高不下?高价药品给社会带来什么不良后果?本文试作简要分析。1 药价过高的原因 《中共中央、国务院关于卫生改革与发展的决定》明确指出:“药品是防病治病保护人民健康的特殊商品,必须依法加强对药品研制生产、流通、价格、广告使用各个环节的管理,切实保障人民用药安全有效”。正因为药品
