本文说明了调速器直接控制下的快速启机快速准同期并网的实用意义,提出了一套按能量守恒准则启机的优化控制策略,可以实现快速平稳(无波动、无超调)的启机。调速器在启机升速后按预报控制方式实行快速整步控制,达到快速并网的目的.预报控制也适用于机组并网带负荷下昀控制。
