通过对49例闭塞性肺血管病伴肺动脉高压患者的临床听诊和心音图及其与血液动力学对照分析,发现P_2振幅、S_2分裂时间可估算肺动脉压;TVSM、S_4及S_3能判断右室压力和右心功能状况。
Through the clinical auscultation and phonocardiogram of 49 patients with pulmonary hypertension complicated by pulmonary hypertension and their contrast with hemodynamic analysis, it was found that pulmonary artery pressure can be estimated by the amplitude of P_2 and the time of S_2.
