对国内文献已报告的47例及本院2例亚急性坏死性淋巴结炎进行综合分析报告。临床有全身淋巴结肿大(100％),发热(93.3％),可伴有皮疹、贫血、关节痛、肝脾肿大等。常易误诊为恶性淋巴瘤、系统性红斑狼疮等淋巴组织疾病及免疫性疾病。淋巴结活检呈特异性、坏死性、组织细胞增生性病变。血清免疫学检查无异常。本病预后良好。对肾上腺皮质激素及消炎痛治疗有效。
47 cases reported in domestic literature and 2 cases of subacute necrotizing lymphadenitis in our hospital were analyzed comprehensively. Clinical lymphadenopathy (100%), fever (93.3%), may be associated with rash, anemia, joint pain, hepatosplenomegaly and so on. Often easily misdiagnosed as malignant lymphoma, systemic lupus erythematosus and other lymphoid tissue diseases and immune diseases. Lymph node biopsy was specific, necrotic, histiocytosis. No abnormal serum immunological examination. The disease prognosis is good. Corticosteroids and anti-inflammatory treatment of effective.
