本文报告20例冠心病(无心梗)患者与22例健康人接受核素心血管造影检查,对静息下左室舒张期及收缩期8项指标进行了对比分析,部分患者的舒张功能与多普勒超声心动图进行了对比研究。结果显示:患者舒张功能各项指标均有降低,其灵敏度均高于收缩功能指标;但LVEF 与 PFR、RFF 有较好的相关性(r=0.64,0.78);本法与多普勒超声测定结果相一致。
In this paper, 20 cases of coronary heart disease (non-myocardial infarction) and 22 healthy subjects underwent radionuclide coronary angiography, resting ventricular diastolic and systolic eight indicators were compared, some patients with diastolic function and Doppler echocardiography was compared.
