本文着重概述了醚醇起泡剂的性质,合成工艺路线及其在选矿工业中的应用。试验表明,在选铜和选硫时用丁基醚醇起泡剂代替2~#油(松醇油),在选矿指标相似的情况下,选铜可以减少起泡剂用量30~40%,选硫可以减少60~80%。选铅锌矿工业试验表明:乙基醚醇起泡剂可以代替2~#油,在选矿指标相似的情况下,起泡剂用量可减少40%。选钼矿工业试验表明,乙基醚醇起泡剂可以代替2~#油在选矿指标相似的情况下起泡剂用量可减少50%。
This article focuses on the properties of ether alcohol foaming agent, synthetic route and its application in beneficiation industry.
